About

Keith Alexander is the second-generation steward of VisuSewer, the Pewaukee wastewater-infrastructure contractor his father Ernie and fellow investors founded in 1975.

He interned in sales during college, joined full-time after graduating from UW–Whitewater, became president in 2001 and later served as CEO through the company’s expansion into trenchless rehabilitation, CCTV inspection, jet cleaning and related municipal services across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

In November 2023, Boston private-equity firm Fort Point Capital invested in Visu-Sewer as the first deal out of FPC Small Cap Fund III, citing Keith and the management team’s growth plan. The Pewaukee headquarters anchors a multi-state branch network that has grown through acquisitions such as Internal Pipe Inspection (Chicago), I-Jets (Iowa) and Walden Technologies (East St. Louis).

In June 2026, Fort Point and the VisuSewer board appointed Paul Quentel CEO; Keith moved to executive chairman while remaining involved in leadership and operations. He is a past NASSCO president—following Ernie in that industry role—and a past president of the Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association, giving him both a PE-backed chapter and deep trade-association standing.
